Westco Systems, Inc. is an HVAC mechanical contractor that specializes in Direct Digital Controls (DDC). We’ve been providing full service, mechanical and control systems for clients throughout Colorado for over 30 years. We provide all of our services with fairness and honesty. In other words, we treat our clients the way we want to be treated.

Westco Systems, Inc. specializes in repair, maintenance, and replacement of HVAC equipment ranging from small buildings to large complexes. We provide mechanical systems solutions that other companies can't. We provide 24-hour service, scheduled maintenance agreements, and in-house engineering for our clients. Our HVAC service engineers are experienced in simple to complex mechanical systems.
Westco Systems, Inc. provides extensive capabilities with our full design, engineering, and installation services for all of your new commercial projects. Our "Turnkey" management is all done in house to ensure your project will be done right the first time, on schedule, and on budget.
Westco Systems, Inc. specializes in installation, repair, service, and maintenance of electronic, pneumatic, and Direct Digital Controls (DDC). We provide design, engineering, and installation of energy management systems for commercial buildings. Westco Systems, Inc. offers web enabled control systems that allow clients to review, receive alarms, monitor, and adjust set points from any PC with Internet access, anywhere in the world.
As members of the United States Green Building Council (USGBC), Westco Systems, Inc. is doing our part to conserve energy and save the environment. We are proud to participate in projects that have either achieved LEED certification, or are currently working towards certification. LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) is a building rating system developed by USGBC. Buildings designed and constructed according to this nationally recognized criteria have litte or no negative impact in five areas on either the environment or the occupants.
